Knickers Version 2

So, we learned some things;

• Goodnight PHP4, and even PHP 5.1.6 for that matter.
• Thing, DataSet and ComponentFinder are heavy, slow, and confusing.
• Knickers has alot of "magic" that makes things difficult for devs trying to understand existing Knickers' based sites; stuff like "page" and "Executioner" are hidden, and there are a number of config files to know about.
• Knickers has a bunch of good stuff that would be nice to use outside of a Knickers application.
• AMQP is awesome.
• Javascript is awesome.
